JuliAnna Kockelman is an experienced retail manager currently serving as Store Manager at Johnny Was since February 2020. Previously, JuliAnna opened the first long-standing pop-up store for GOOD AMERICAN, where responsibilities included implementing training standards, managing a team of eight, and analyzing sales data to create store budgets. From July 2014 to March 2019, JuliAnna worked at Nordstrom as a Department Manager overseeing women's departments and was responsible for achieving volume goals, developing staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service. JuliAnna also managed the Kidswear department at Nordstrom from January 2005 to May 2014 and has a sales background in cosmetics. JuliAnna holds a degree in Esthiology from Scot Lewis and has completed Future Nordstrom Leaders classes.
