Kevin Makoyan, BS, MPA, possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in real estate, management, and loss prevention. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at JohnHart Real Estate since December 2019 and as a Management Assistant for Los Angeles County Aging & Disabilities Services since March 2020, Kevin has honed both interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior roles include Special Investigator at CACI International Inc, Fraud Investigator at ISN Corp, and President of IN-&-OUT CLEANERS INC. Additional experience encompasses significant positions in asset protection for major retail companies, including Gap Inc. and American Apparel.
