Owen Panton is a Design Manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector, currently employed at John Sisk & Son Ltd since December 2020. Owen manages the design aspects of significant projects, including the Homes England York Central scheme, focusing on bridge structures and associated highway works, and the A629 Corridor Phase 1b scheme for Calderdale Council. Prior experience includes leading design efforts for flood alleviation and coastal protection schemes at VolkerStevin and various engineering roles at HOCHTIEF, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, and Birse Civils Ltd. Owen holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England and relevant A-Level qualifications from Scarborough College.
