Sarah Lee has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, primarily within the John Lewis Partnership since 2007, where responsibilities have included providing executive support to senior leadership and managing various teams. Currently serving as Senior PA to the Director of People Operations and the Director of Reward & Policy, previous positions have encompassed roles such as Personal Assistant to General Counsel and team management. Sarah has also contributed as Learning and Development Coach, overseeing recruitment and training initiatives. Earlier career experience includes management roles at Hallamshire Tennis & Squash Club. Educated at Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, Sarah combines a solid academic foundation with practical leadership skills.
