Anosha Koralage has held various roles throughout their career. Anosha is currently working as the Head of Sustainability, Enterprise Risk Management, and Group Initiatives at John Keells Holdings PLC since June 2022. Prior to this, they founded Crescent Flowers in 2013 and has been serving as its founder since then. Anosha has also worked at Twinery - Innovations by MAS, where they held positions such as Project Integration Lead, Technology Entrepreneur, and Sustainability Lead. Anosha joined Twinery in 2015 and stayed until June 2022. Before that, they worked at Dialog Axiata PLC as a Senior Executive in Sustainability & Corporate Affairs from June 2012 to August 2015. Anosha's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Executive in Sustainability at MAS Holdings from October 2011 to July 2012. Anosha started their career at John Keells Hotels as an Executive Engineer in Engineering and Projects from November 2009 to October 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Astron Limited as a Process Engineer and Project Coordinator from June 2007 to September 2007. Anosha also had a role as a Process Engineer at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare from July 2006 to June 2007.
Anosha Koralage has a diverse education history. Anosha obtained a Master of Studies (MSt) in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Environmental and Energy Engineering from The University of Sheffield in 2009. Anosha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Chemical Engineering Environmental Management from the University of Bath, obtained in 2008. Their educational journey started at Visakha Vidyalaya Colombo, where they pursued a Combined Mathematics program from 1993 to 2004. Additionally, Anosha has acquired several certifications including Taking financial action for the SDGs from the UN Global compact Academy, ZDHC training and certifications from the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme, GRI G4 guidelines training and examination from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), associate professional of GBCSL from the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka, and associate member status (AMICheme) from the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).
