The leadership team at John Force Racing has a long history of experience in the racing industry. They have worked with many different companies, including Worcester Railers HC, IMSA - International Motor Sports Association, and New England Dragway Inc. They have also taught business ethics at Stonehill College. In addition to their work in the racing industry, they have also worked as a cylinder head specialist at Terry McMillen Racing and Cruz Pedregon Racing.
