John Gilson is an experienced professional in the construction and mechanical contracting fields. Currently retired, John Gilson works in the Design/Build Division at John E. Green Company, focusing on overseeing mechanical installations for maintenance and serviceability since June 2022. Prior to this, John Gilson was the owner of Lakeland Hills Construction, LTD from January 1980 to June 2005, where specialization in energy management installation was a key aspect of the business. Educationally, John Gilson completed an apprenticeship with Steamfitters Local 601 from 1966 to 1970, earning a degree in Steamfitting and Temperature Controls. Additional educational pursuits include studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and Aerospace Engineering at the Indiana Institute of Technology.
