Wade Leslie is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations & Communications for Iowa Giving Crew since 2020, where the organization provides Thanksgiving meals to over 1,000 families. With a strong engineering background, Wade has been with John Deere since 2012, holding positions such as New Program Manufacturing Engineering Lead, focusing on the startup and production of new products. Prior to John Deere, Wade worked at Rockwell Collins from 2000 to 2012, progressing to Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where leadership and production system development were key responsibilities. Wade's early career included roles as an Electrical Engineer and Test Technician, where significant improvements in manufacturing processes were achieved. Wade's military service as a Combat Engineer in the US Army from 1995 to 1998 provided early supervisory and technical skills. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BBA from Mount Mercy University, complemented by an AAS in Electronic Engineering.
