Pratik Chaudhari is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading technical teams and projects. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at John Deere since June 2020, Pratik has previously held the position of Java Team Lead at Barclays, where responsibilities included team management and project oversight from March 2019 to June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Lead at Infosys, with a focus on transforming and migrating projects to Spring MVC and integrating Mule-ESB from November 2016 to March 2019. Pratik's career began at Capgemini in October 2010, progressing through roles from Software Engineer to Team Lead over a period of six years. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, graduated in 2010.
