Igino Cafiero is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and engineering. Since November 2024, Igino serves as the Director of Bear Flag Robotics at John Deere, following a tenure as CEO and co-founder of Bear Flag Robotics from January 2017 until its acquisition by Deere & Co in August 2021. Previous roles include Product Manager at Cisco from 2014 to 2016, Software Engineer at Insieme Networks (acquired by Cisco) from 2011 to 2014, and Software Engineer at Broadcom from 2008 to 2010. Igino also co-founded CKH MARKETING, LLC, serving as Co-Founder and CTO from 2007 to 2010. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from The Wharton School. Additionally, Igino is an alumnus of Y Combinator's Winter '18 cohort.
