Danan Dou has extensive experience in the power systems and automotive industries, holding various leadership roles since 1995. Currently serving as Chief Technologist for Power Systems at John Deere, Danan has progressed through multiple management positions focused on advanced technology and innovation since joining the company in May 2006. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Diesel Team Leader and Team Leader for Diesel Catalyst Development at Delphi from 2003 to 2006. Danan's career began as a Research Chemist at AlliedSignal and includes notable roles in senior scientific and team leadership capacities across multiple Delphi and ASEC Manufacturing divisions.
