Balaji Thiagarajan is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and parts information delivery, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Parts Information Delivery at John Deere since January 2010. In previous roles, Balaji held positions such as Quality Manager and Chief Manager of Quality, demonstrating expertise in new product development, order fulfillment processes, and product quality assurance at both John Deere and Schlumberger. Balaji also has significant experience from Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing assembly quality and managing quality systems. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science. Balaji also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
