Thibaut De Lacroix has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. thibaut started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Pragma Industries in 2012. After that, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Thermocompact from 2013 to 2014 and then at Radiall from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined HINICIO as a Strategy Consultant, specializing in H2, and later became a Senior Strategy Consultant. thibaut worked there until 2021. Currently, Thibaut De Lacroix is working at John Cockerill, where they started as an H2 Mobility Manager in 2021, then became involved in H2 Strategy and Expertise, and is now the Head of Sales and Proposal for H2 Mobility Solutions since February 2023.
