Tristan Kyle-Hammer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Tristan is currently working at Joby Aviation as an Airframe Assembly Sr Manufacturing Engineer since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at the same company from April 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining Joby Aviation, Tristan worked at Composite Engineering, Inc., a Kratos Defense & Security Company, as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2017 to July 2023.

Tristan's work experience also includes a role as a Zodiac Aerospace Research Assistant at Western Washington University. During this time, they successfully worked and completed goals within a multidisciplinary team. Tristan designed and manufactured prepreg treater assemblies and gained experience with prepreg characterization using instruments such as SEM, Optical Microscope, TGA, DSC, and NMR. This role lasted from June 2015 to August 2015.

Tristan Kyle-Hammer attended Western Washington University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Plastics & Composites Engineering. In May 2016, they earned a Class 12 Mixologist Permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
