Sougand Talebpour is a highly skilled engineering professional with over a decade of experience in configuration management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Configuration Management Specialist at Joby Aviation since May 2022, Sougand previously held significant roles at Boeing from November 2012 to May 2022, including Engineering Manager, Senior Lead Project Engineer, Lead Project Engineer, Design & Project Engineer, and Design Engineer. Responsibilities included managing a team of engineers, overseeing complex retrofit projects, and enhancing aircraft design features while maintaining configuration control. Sougand began a career at AMU Engineering Inc. as a Design Engineer/Intern, focusing on spaceflight scientific mechanical instrumentation.
