Jade Martin Palisi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Product & Operations at Joby Aviation since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jade held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Textron Financial, where innovative financing solutions for global customers were developed. Jade's experience also includes serving as Attorney at Spirit AeroSystems, supporting various business functions, and as Associate Attorney at Klenda Austerman LLC, providing strategic legal advice in areas such as business formation, finance, and trademark management. Early legal experience includes roles as a Faculty Services Research Assistant at the University of Kansas and as an intern for KU Legal Services for Students and the Kansas State Legislature. Jade holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from The University of Kansas.
