Clemens Weitz is an experienced executive with a strong background in digital platforms and marketplaces. As CEO of jobvalley since October 2022, Clemens leads Germany's premier digital platform connecting students and young professionals with job opportunities. Prior to this role, Clemens served as CEO of ROAM Africa, overseeing Africa's largest marketplaces company from June 2017 to September 2022. Previous experience includes serving as COO for Ringier AG's Emerging Marketplaces, where Clemens balanced entrepreneurship and structure, and as an Engagement Manager at The Hackett Group, leading high-impact management consulting projects with a focus on Big Data. Clemens also held roles in corporate strategy at Airbus Group and in military service as a Lieutenant in the Bundeswehr. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in High Impact Leadership from INSEAD and degrees in Strategy & International Management from ESCP Business School as well as Business Administration from City, University of London.
