Simon Bjørn Nielsen has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Statusmedarbejder for Netto, Dansk Supermarked. In 2016, they moved to Center for Boligsocial Udvikling as a Kommunikationsmedarbejder, and then in 2018 they became a Projektmedarbejder for Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen at Københavns Kommune. That same year, they also began working as an Account Manager for N365 Group (nyheter365). In 2019, they were a Consultant for Healper, Denmark, as well as a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager for Spiromagic. In 2020, they became an Innofounder Graduate with Healper Denmark, and in 2021 they were an Account Manager for Experis Denmark. Finally, in 2022, they became a Senior Account Manager for both JobTeaser and Graduateland.

Simon Bjørn Nielsen has a comprehensive education history. Simon Bjørn completed a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree in Communication & Urban Planning from Arizona State University in 2015. Simon Bjørn then continued their studies at Roskilde University, obtaining a Samfundsvidenskabelig Bachelor in Kommunikation og Plan, By & Proces in 2012-2015, and a Kandidatgrad in Kommunikation og Plan, By & Proces in 2015-2017. In 2018, they obtained a Digital Koordinator degree from Det Digitale Læringshus - Google Succes Online. Simon Bjørn is currently enrolled in Projektakademiet at KBH+ Askovfonden, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Digital Koordinator, Digital Marketing, and Google Analytics from Google Succes Online in 2018.
