Terry Slaybaugh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, aviation, and economic development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Infrastructure and Sites at JobsOhio since August 2019, Terry previously held the position of Director of Aviation for the City of Dayton from March 2011 to July 2019. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Anthony J. Costello & Son Development/USAirports and Director of Economic Development and Director of Aviation for Monroe County, New York. Terry Slaybaugh holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Grand Valley State University, earned between 1974 and 1978.
