Claudia Herrington, CCEP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and governance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Enterprise Risk and the inaugural Senior Director of Compliance at JobsOhio, Claudia has played a pivotal role in developing comprehensive compliance programs. Additional leadership roles include Treasurer and Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee for The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio, Board Member with STRS Ohio, and Advisory Board Member for Five to Flow, among others. Claudia's academic contributions include teaching MBA students at Otterbein University and serving as CEO and Founder of Herrington Law Office and Regulatory Compliance Solutions LLC. Claudia holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University, an MA in International Studies from American University, and a BA in International Relations from The College of Wooster.
