Anna Valente currently serves as Referente PAL at JObros since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing active labor policies, coordinating training and reintegration paths for unemployed individuals, and fostering relationships with employment centers and local institutions. Additionally, Anna holds the position of HR Account at JObros, focusing on recruitment processes and supporting individuals transitioning from unemployment. Concurrently, Anna works as an HR Recruiter at ErgonGroup, specializing in candidate selection and job matching. Previous experience includes a role as an academic consultant at Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio', providing student support and managing internship organization, as well as a traineeship with the Croce Rossa Italiana, gaining exposure to anti-violence support services. Anna is pursuing a Master's degree in Services and Labor Policies at IUL - Università Telematica degli Studi, following a Specialist Degree in Social Research and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Criminology from the same university.
