Stephen Szygiel has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and healthcare industries. Stephen started their career as a Sales Consultant and Surgical Technician at Lifestyle Lift, where they identified new sales leads, pitched products and services, and maintained relationships with existing customers.

In 2015, they joined CHG Healthcare Services as a Senior Search Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to specific open requisitions. Stephen worked for CHG Healthcare Services for six years until 2021.

After that, Stephen worked as an Executive Consultant at Real Staffing from November 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Principal Recruiter at Jobot, starting from June 2022.

Stephen Szygiel attended Norwalk Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business Management. Stephen then enrolled at West Virginia University from 2007 to 2009, continuing their studies in Business Management. In 2011, Stephen attended the Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing for a year, enrolling in the Surgical Tech Program.
