Peter Woudenberg serves as the Managing Partner at Jobmatix since May 2023, leading the brand, platform strategy, marketing, and recruitment marketing initiatives. Additionally, Peter is the Initiator at Job2b and the Owner of Next Stage, a company dedicated to guiding organizations in advancing their digital recruitment strategies and marketing. Previously, Peter held the position of Head of Digital at RecruitNow, managing digital recruitment services and a team of approximately 12 FTEs from September 2011 to August 2019. Earlier roles include Online Recruitment Marketing Consultant at Endouble and Online Marketing Consultant & Project Manager at ClearSense, focusing on online recruitment and marketing strategies. Peter holds a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed various leadership and management programs, including the Truvo Talent Leadership Programme Europe and PRINCE2 certification.
