Alexander Steppat began working at H&M in 2015 as a Sales Advisor. In 2018, they took on an Exchange Student role at the Banking Academy of Vietnam. In 2019, they began working for Philip Morris International as a Talent & Organizational Development professional, and also started working for Joblift in the same year as a Business Development Manager - Candidate Delivery & New Products, Business Development Manager - Strategic Projects, Junior Performance Manager, Junior Business Development Manager - Strategic Projects, Working Student Business Development, and Working Student Human Resources.

Alexander Steppat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2016 and 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in Grundlagen des digitalen Marketing from Google in November 2018.
