Clarisse van Rensburg is an experienced Industrial Psychologist currently working at JOBJACK since July 2023, having previously held the same position at SPAR South Africa from January 2022 to July 2023. Clarisse started a career in industrial psychology as an intern while simultaneously serving in various coordination roles from October 2019 to December 2021, including Senior Planning and Scheduling Coordinator and Planning and Scheduling Coordinator. Prior experience also includes serving as Head of Student Administration and Student Administration Team Leader at the Academic Institute of Excellence from August 2017 to September 2019. Academically, Clarisse van Rensburg holds a Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North-West University earned in 2021, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in the same field from the University of South Africa obtained in 2018, a BA Honours in Psychology from North-West University completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations from North-West University awarded in 2015.
