Jacob Deichert is a staff software developer currently employed at Jobber since January 2024. Previously, Jacob served as lead software developer at InVision from April 2021 to November 2023, focusing on canvas features for the Freehand digital whiteboard product and designing protobuf data structures. At Canny, from March 2020 to April 2021, Jacob developed various features for the customer feedback platform, utilizing React and Node, while also integrating third-party SSO platforms. As a senior developer at Looka from August 2018 to November 2019, Jacob was responsible for backend leadership, including microservice architecture and Stripe integrations. Earlier experience includes roles at Resolver Inc., Venngage, and the County of Huron IT Department. Jacob holds an advanced diploma in Game Programming from Humber College, completed in 2015.
