Sulagna Ghosh is an Associate member of CIPD and AIEP with a diverse professional background spanning multiple roles in customer service, fundraising, and process improvement. Currently serving as an Advisor at Ingeus since December 2023, Sulagna previously worked as a Customer Advisor at Boots UK, where excellent customer care and team motivation were a focus. Experience also includes a role as a Student Fundraiser at The University of Manchester, establishing connections with alumni to support fundraising goals. Prior to this, Sulagna held the position of Senior Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services, where process analysis and client support were key responsibilities, resulting in a significant increase in business volume. Earlier experiences feature a role as Reservations Manager at GLOWORLD TRAVEL, overseeing budgeting and team recruitment. Sulagna holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from West Bengal University of Technology.
