Paula Moreno is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Coordinator at Jobandtalent since June 2023. Previously, Paula held the position of Analista de selecci贸n de personal at Pharmetique Labs for a brief period in late 2022 and worked at Ambipar Response from July 2021 to July 2022 as Psic贸loga de selecci贸n. In these roles, responsibilities included conducting interviews, managing selection processes, compiling selection reports, verifying references, analyzing assessments, overseeing hiring processes, conducting security studies, facilitating reference checks, performing home visits, and supporting induction and wellbeing processes. Paula holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad El Bosque, obtained in 2022, and is currently pursuing a Diplomado in Organizational Psychology at Polit茅cnico Superior de Colombia since March 2023.
