Marisela Aguilar currently serves as the Global Brand Manager at Job&Talent, a leading marketplace for essential work, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Marisela held various positions at Zalando SE from February 2018 to February 2023, including Employer Branding Lead and roles in People Operations and Talent Management. Marisela also worked at E.ON Business Services from July 2014 to January 2018, focusing on Employer Branding Services and talent management initiatives in Germany. Earlier experience includes event management roles as a freelancer and at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, as well as an internship in Executive Recruiting at The Taplow Group. Marisela's education includes a Master’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, alongside a Certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University and a BSc in Hotel Management from The University of the West Indies.
