Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds a position as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and served as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana completed a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
