As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie E. has built a premier company specializing in cooking classes and food tours that highlight Mexico City's rich culinary landscape. In addition, Connie E. serves as a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico.
