Emaly Smallcombe has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Emaly started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Marlite in October 2017 and worked there until March 2021. Emaly then joined Andreas Furniture as a Customer Service Representative in April 2021 and stayed until November 2021. Emaly then transitioned to becoming a Project Support Specialist at PrincetonOne in November 2021 and worked there until May 2023. Emaly continued their career in the same role at Fairbanks Morse Defense starting in November 2021 and is currently employed there. Emaly also has a future position scheduled as a Project Support Specialist at Job.com starting in May 2023.

Emaly Smallcombe obtained their High School Diploma from Dover High School, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Emaly has also received several additional certifications, including "Microaggressions in the Workplace," "Cultural Competency & Humility," "Diversity, Inclusion, Sensitivity & Racism," and "Unconscious Bias." These certifications were obtained from Traliant in 2022, with specific months varying for each certification.
