Evita Upeniece is a seasoned professional in the tea industry with extensive experience in management and training roles. Currently serving as Bar Manager and Tea Master at JOALI BEING since September 2024, Evita previously held positions at Newby Teas as Tea Trainer, Tea Taster, and Junior Buyer, and at 26 Grains as Restaurant Manager. Additionally, Evita managed the flagship tea bar of Good and Proper Tea, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, and played a key role in launching a concept store for Camellia's Tea House. Previous experience includes managing multiple locations at YUMCHAA RETAIL LIMITED and an internship at the Embassy of Latvia in London. Evita holds a Master's degree in International Security and Diplomacy from the London Academy of Diplomacy and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Latvijas Universitate.
