Nicolas McLean holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from The University of the West Indies, with a minor in Economics, and has a background in business studies and economics from Kingston College. Currently serving as a Senior Pension Administrator at JN Fund Managers Limited since January 2020, Nicolas oversees daily administrative functions, including pension benefit calculations and payroll, while also contributing to strategic unit development and client satisfaction initiatives. Previous roles include Pension Customer Service Representative and Records Clerk at the same company, as well as positions at Walmart, Bojangles' Restaurants, Jamaica Foundation for Lifelong Learning, and Petrojam Limited, which provided a diverse foundation of customer service, operational, and administrative experience.
