Howard Lawrence, MBA, currently serves as the Credit Risk Management Chief and Head of Credit Administration at JN Bank since May 2020. Simultaneously, Howard has been with Jamaica National Building Society as the Chief Adjudicator for Retail Loans since February 2016. Previously, Howard held the role of Director at FirstCaribbean International Bank from January 2003 to December 2014, overseeing the impaired Retail, Wealth, and Small Business portfolio across 17 Caribbean territories and leading a team of over 120 employees. Howard's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Bangor University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University College of the Caribbean.
