Joseph joined JMW in August 2019 as a Post Completion Assistant in the Real Estate Residential Department, following his graduation from the University of Sheffield in the summer of 2019 with a BA in History. The Post Completion process involves submitting applications regarding purchases, leases, transfers of parts, and remortgages to the Land Registry, finalizing legal charges, and transfers into the names of the clients.
