Abhimanyu Abitkar is an experienced structural engineer with a strong background in design and project management across various sectors, including lift irrigation and solar power. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager - Design at JMC Projects (India) Ltd since May 2018, Abhimanyu oversees medium to large-scale projects, leveraging Revit BIM for effective interdisciplinary coordination. Previously held the role of Principal Structural Engineer at SgurrEnergy India, managing solar power projects in South Asia and Africa, and has extensive experience with MWH, now part of Stantec, focusing on project delivery across Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Abhimanyu also has a solid foundation in structural analysis and design from earlier roles with Larsen & Toubro and other organizations. Abhimanyu holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from COEP Technological University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering Karad.
