JR Lium is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as the Rail and Transload Division Manager at JMAC Resources, Inc. since February 2022, JR Lium previously managed Bakken/Musket/New Town Terminal at Wildcat Minerals LLC from 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included asset management and employee scheduling. Prior roles include Conductor at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and Superintendent of Maintenance Support in the U.S. Air Force, overseeing maintenance for high-value equipment and managing teams. JR Lium also has a strong background in aircraft maintenance, having served as Superintendent for the Aircraft Section, Chief of Training, and Lead Production Superintendent in the Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate's Degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
