Michelle Fiedler is an experienced HR Business Partner and People Strategist at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since September 2012, where responsibilities include consulting with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business needs, implementing talent and succession planning, and leading change management initiatives. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Senior Talent Planning and Organizational Development Consultant, focusing on enhancing the talent bench and executive development within the organization. Previous experience includes positions at American Express as a Human Resources OD & Change Leader and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Sprint PCS. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Family Studies from Penn State University.
