Timm Fortmann is currently a Working Student in Acquisition & Development at Tishman Speyer since September 2023. Prior to this role, Timm gained experience as an Intern at Banyan Street Capital in July and August 2023, and as a Werkstudent in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2022 to February 2023. Additionally, Timm completed a Praktikant position at CBRE Germany in February 2018. Timm is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Immobilienwirtschaft at Hochschule Fresenius, expected to complete in August 2024, and also earned a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Pace University in June 2023.
