Raymon Shackelford currently serves as Sr. Director of Operational Excellence at JLL since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the facilities departments’ regulatory and quality compliance and preparing necessary reports for deviations. Additionally, Raymon operates as a Project Manager at RSTL Consulting since November 2012. Previous roles include Associate Project Manager in Translational Medicine at MedImmune, where project timelines were managed from phase 0 through phase 4, as well as positions ranging from Research Associate Project Manager at MedImmune Vaccines, Inc. to various planning and sales roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Dade Behring. Raymon's educational background includes studies at San Jose State University, Morehouse College, and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
