Monica Trivedi has over 13 years of experience in customer success and account management. Monica began their career in 2008 as a Strategy Consultant at Topco Indirect Spend Solutions, where they managed diverse retail, wholesale, and manufacturing customers. In 2010, they moved to OnPoint Technology Group as the Director of Account Management, tasked with building and evolving the post-sales client management function. In 2016, they joined Oracle as a Customer Success Manager, Sr. Team Lead, where they were responsible for boosting both client retention and success while leading a team across escalations, adoptions, and renewals. In 2017, they moved to SmashFly Technologies as a Customer Success Manager, Team Lead CTRM, managing Top Tier Enterprise accounts and transforming the customer approach from reactive to proactive. In 2019, they joined Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services as a Director, Global Customer Success - SaaS Solutions, where they were responsible for evangelizing customer success, driving change around key methodologies, and building/deploying global best practices to refine a lucrative post-sales approach for Software solutions. In 2020, they became a Member of Gain Grow Retain. In 2021, they joined Building Engines as a Director, Global Customer Success, where they owned and led the strategy and execution of Customer Success Management, Retention and Expansion for 1000+ Global corporate real estate customers. In 2022, they joined JLL Technologies as Senior Director, Global Customer Success, where they own and leads the strategy and execution of Customer Success Management, Enterprise and Mid-Market Implementation, Retention and Expansion for 1000+ Global corporate real estate customers. Monica also joined Catalyst Software as a Customer Success Coach and On Deck as an ODCS Fellow.

Monica Trivedi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from Boston University. In addition, they have obtained a Schneider's Women in Leadership Program certification from INSEAD in August 2021 and a Certified Recruitment Marketing certification from SmashFly Transform Academy in December 2017.
