Marcelo Garcés serves as the Senior Vice President at JLL, specializing in Life Sciences, Data Centers, and Portfolios since April 2021. In addition, Marcelo is a Board Member and Chair of the Building Committee at Photographic Center Northwest, supporting strategic planning efforts for the institution's physical presence. Previous roles include Partner at Kinzer Partners, Managing Director at Savills Studley, and Managing Director at Mohr Partners, where Marcelo led global portfolio management. Early career experience includes positions at Colliers International, Sabey Corporation, and Structural Engineers, Inc., with a strong focus on commercial real estate, construction, and project management. Marcelo holds a Master of Business Administration in MIS and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University.
