Lauren Santangelo, MBA, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People Experience Partner at JLL since August 2023. With a robust background in human resources, Lauren held various roles at Groupon from June 2019 to August 2023, including HR Business Partner and Senior HR Delivery Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Cushman & Wakefield as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and a Payroll Intern at The Walt Disney Company. Lauren also completed internships at Morningstar, Sloan Valve Company, and participated in The Walt Disney Company’s College Program. Lauren Santangelo holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago, expected in 2024, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the same institution, completed in 2017.
