Justin Bedecarre is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Americas Leasing Innovation at JLL since October 2024, focusing on integrating technology to enhance broker-client relationships. Prior to joining JLL, Justin co-founded and led Raise Commercial Real Estate as CEO from 2016 to October 2024, where the firm specialized in technology-driven brokerage services. Justin's career includes co-founding 42Floors, a pioneering search platform for commercial real estate, and working as a Real Estate Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, representing prominent technology companies. Additionally, Justin produced the War For Talent Conference in 2011, which gathered industry leaders to discuss talent acquisition strategies.
