Joji Sakuma is an accomplished professional in the field of capital markets and industrial real estate with extensive experience across multiple prominent firms. Currently serving as the Head of Industrial at JLL Japan, Joji has held significant positions such as Senior Director of Capital Markets at Savills and Manager roles at both Loadstar Capital K.K. and Global Logistic Properties. Additionally, Joji has served as Chief at the Japan Real Estate Institute. Educationally, Joji holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Urban Engineering from The University of Tokyo, completed in 2004 and 2000, respectively.
