Jen Wildroudt currently serves as the Global ESG Controller at JLL and is a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women into leadership roles. Prior to these positions, Jen held the role of Vice President - Environmental, Social, Governance at Sun Capital Partners, Inc., where a comprehensive ESG program was developed, significantly enhancing the firm's value and reputation. Experience also includes a Director position in ESG Services at Alvarez & Marsal, where strategic growth initiatives were identified, and a Senior Manager role at EY, focusing on Climate Change and Sustainability Services. Earlier in their career, Jen worked as an Environmental Engineer at URS Corporation, ENVIRON, and Bureau Veritas, gaining valuable expertise in environmental assessments, compliance audits, and remediation systems. Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Miami University.
