Harriet Lunney currently serves as the UK Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at JLL since March 2024. Prior to this role, Harriet held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at myGwork from April 2022 to February 2024 and was a Board Member for Égalité, Publicis Groupe's business resource group for LGBTQ+ professionals, from August 2020 to April 2022. Harriet has a robust background in account management and brand attraction with previous roles at MSLGROUP and AIA Worldwide, among others. Harriet began the career journey with a foundational role as an HR Clerical Assistant at the University of Strathclyde after earning an MSc in Human Resource Management and an MA in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
