Brent Colby possesses extensive experience in building maintenance, with a career spanning over 18 years in various roles. Currently employed at JLL since 2018 as a Building Maintenance professional, Brent has a longstanding tenure at Maple Leaf Property Management (Larco Investments Ltd.) as a Building Maintenance Technician since September 2009. Previous experience includes working as a Home Contractor at T.R.E.S. from 2007 to 2009, and serving as a Building Maintenance Technician at Brookfield Johnson Controls and Triad Gestco from 2006 to 2006 and 2005 to 2006, respectively. Brent’s skills encompass a wide range of maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, installation of fixtures, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms, as well as managing emergency protocols and working with external contractors. Brent’s educational background includes attendance at Lindsay Place High.
