Alana McQueen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and client relations. Currently serving as a Performance Manager at JLL since November 2022, Alana manages the Goldman Sachs account and previously held the position of Workplace Experience Lead and Director of Facilities Management Support for Delta Airlines, where an Experience Service program was developed at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. Alana’s prior experience includes a role as Sr. Client Relations at DermaFlash, where curriculum creation and training program development were key responsibilities. Previous positions also include roles at Orbitz Worldwide as a Fraud Analyst, Operations Director for the Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence, and Field Marketing Manager at US Concepts. Alana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Oakland University.
